SUMMARY:Songwriting Circle Sundays!
STATUS:CONFIRMED
DESCRIPTION:The second meeting of Songwriting Circle Sundays! The first Sun
day of every month inspired by my friend Maddie who used to host one! The
plan is simple: come with or without an instrument (we have a piano and so
me guitars) and prepare a song you have written recently. Unfinished piece
s and rough drafts are welcome\, this is an open space to gather ideas and
appreciate stories in whatever form they come! We will discuss the craft
of songwriting through the lens of a mystery song (ooooh)\, do some lyric/
word games\, melody/harmony games\, and then do a songshare at the end whe
re everyone gets to play for the group! There will be snacks\, tea/coffee\
, paper and pencils\, and new friends for you to meet! See you there :) **
apartment can probably fit 15-20 but if there is more interest and weather
permits we can move outside...\n\nRSVP / details: https://unplugg.me/e/mp
